At A-A Quality Care, we take our motivation from our passion for working with human beings. We strive for outstanding person-centered care.

A-A Quality Care was founded in August 2016 by a health and social care professional with over 30 years of experience. Having interacted with all the aspects of the healthcare services, our company stands on a solid base of deep understanding of the business from both sides: the staff and the client. 

Our principles and values

We cultivate a culture of mutual respect and we treat people with dignity and responsibility – be it our staff, our clients, or the persons who benefit from our care services.

We provide qualified nurses, health care assistants, cleaners, and chefs on a one-off, temporary, contract, and permanent basis to nursing homes learning disability homes, dementia homes, mental homes, private hospitals, and NHS hospitals. Our staff are competent and regularly undertake refresher courses to meet the important standards required of the care profession.
